This promotion is run by ABF Group and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform.
The promotion is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over, except employees of ABF Group and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the promotion.
To enter the promotion, entrants must follow the Melbourne EV Show on Facebook or Instagram and tag a friend in the promotional post.
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
The promotion will run from 31 August 2023 5.00pm AEST to 3 September 2023 11.59pm AEST. After this date, no further entries to the promotion will be permitted.
The prize is two tickets to the carsales Melbourne EV Show 2023, valued at $32 each. There are a total of 40 prizes to giveaway. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
The winner is responsible for arranging their own transportation and accommodation to and from the event. ABF Group will not cover any travel or accommodation expenses incurred by the winner.
The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received and verified by ABF Group or its agents.
The winner will be notified by direct message on Facebook or Instagram within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
By entering this promotion, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
ABF Group reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the promotion will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by ABF Group.
ABF Group’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
