Passionate about cars of all types, an automotive commentator, MC, podcaster and host, ‘Rusty’s face and voice are synonymous with Formula 1, MotoGP and homegrown V8 Supercars and was a regular on Fox Sports, Channel 10 and various television networks around the world.  Rust’s ability to connect with an audience through heartfelt human-focused storytelling is unrivalled. 

Armstrong carved a career as a motoring journalist before the online revolution, when print media was king and new-car buyers turned pages to make well-informed buying decisions. Over two decades later, Armstrong is the Consumer Editor of carsales where she draws on a wealth of experience behind the wheel as an auto expert and new car road tester. She can regularly be seen and heard on television and radio bringing consumer-focused opinions, news and reviews to the mainstream chat.
